VA Compensation- Service Connected Disability

What is it: The Federal Government's process to address injuries, illnesses, and exposures due to service in the United States Military. Compensation claims are meant to provide a framework to pay for injuries in lieu of suing the Federal Government.
What We Do: Assist Veterans with service related claims for injuries or conditions related to their military service. Claims preparation, completion, and filing. Research assistance, case management, and representation to the Board of Veterans Appeals.

Dependency and Indemnity Compensation:

What Is It: Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) is the benefit provided to spouses of Veterans that die on active duty or due directly, to a service connected illness or injury.
What We Do: Assist spouses of veterans who died from service related injuries or conditions apply for benefits and provide guidance on related VA benefits and what information is needed for a claim.

Non-Service Connected Pension and Survivor Pension:

What Is It: The VA Pension programs for both Veterans and their surviving spouses is a needs based benefit, that takes into account a Veterans income and assets to ensure that Veterans and their eligible dependents, do not fall below the poverty line.
What We Do: Assist eligible Veterans and their surviving spouses to gather, complete, and submit the appropriate documentation and applications to the US Department of Veterans Affairs to apply for the pension benefit. Continue support of the granted Veteran or Spouse, with ongoing reporting of income status, and medical expenses.
