Samaritan Campus Update

PLEASE NOTE:

The Washington County Samaritan Campus is officially under the new management of EOM Healthcare Group as of Monday, July 1, 2024.
The campus will continue to be called Samaritan Campus, but the nursing facility will be renamed Samaritan Nursing & Rehab, and 
Samaritan Fields for the RCAC (residential care apartment complex) and CBRF (community based residential facility).
