Sales are subject to cancellation at any time without notice.

Note: After the sale, opening bids and/or final bids will not be given out over the phone since Sheriff Sales are not final until confirmed by the Court. Inquiries regarding the confirmation of sale may be directed to Wisconsin circuit courts access or the file may be viewed at the Clerk of Courts' Office without an open records request.
