As authorized under Chapter 703.115 of State Statues, Washington County reviews  condominium plats prior to recording in the Register of Deeds.  This review is performed by the Real Property Lister.  A condominium can not be recorded without this review.  In order for that review to occur the following items must be provided to the Real Property Lister:

• A copy of the condominium plat consistent with Chapter 703 of State Statues.
• A copy of the condominium declaration.
• Payment of the $45.00 review fee in cash or a check payable to Washington County.
