Washington County Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration

Washington County is hosting a Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration to kick off the month-long observance that spans from September 15 – October 15 and recognizes the achievements and contributions of Hispanic Americans.

A Food Truck Rodeo will be set up in the west parking lot of the Herbert J. Tennies Government Center on Tuesday, September 10 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. The public is invited to join us and order from among four local food trucks. Representatives of Casa Guadalupe will have a booth to provide information on their programs and upcoming Hispanic Heritage Month events.

The Food Truck Rodeo will feature:

  • Arepa’s Place – Venezuelan foods
  • Sabor A Mezcal – Authentic Mexican and American Fusion
  • La Cabana Hubertus – Traditional Mexican
  • La Toxica Taco Truck – Mexican
