Boating & Lake Access

Leonard J. Yahr Park has canoe and kayak access onto Erler Lake. Kayaks and canoes are available to rent during the summer months. The lake is 35 acres and has a maximum depth of 34 feet.

The Henschke Hillside Boat Launch provides trailered boat access to Silver Lake. The boat launch does require a boat launch permit. This lake is 122 acres with a maximum depth of 47 feet.

Ackerman's Grove Park has a trailered launch to Little Cedar Lake. The boat launch does require a boat launch permit. If the trailer lot is full, there is no legal parking anywhere else in the park for trailers. Kayaks and canoes are available to rent during the summer months.

Glacier Hills Park has a dock on Friess Lake that has canoe and kayak access. Kayaks and canoes are available to rent during the summer months. The dock is also great for fishing and swimming off of the shore.

Goeden Park has river access to the Milwaukee River. This access is available for kayaks and canoes or other small water craft with parking close to the shore.
