Washington County Parks Coronavirus COVID-19 - Parks Are Open!


Outdoor spaces and amenities are critical to the mental and physical health of residents. We are doing our best to maintain current level of services however we are not able to wipe down all playground equipment, tables or other other surfaces at the parks at levels necessary to prevent the spread. Please be mindful and take extra precautions when visiting the parks.

PARK AMENITY STATUS

  • Rental Houses/Cabins - Open
  • Restrooms - Open
  • Portable Restrooms - Open
  • Trails - Open
  • Dog Parks - Open
  • Disc Golf Courses - Open
  • Playgrounds - Open
  • Boat Launches - Open

While at the park, it is important to maintain social distancing which means limit contact of groups within 6 feet from each other for 10 minutes or longer. Older adults, pregnant individuals, people with weakened immune systems, and those with underlying health conditions that are at increased risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) are encouraged to take extra precautions. By minimizing non-essential contact, we can slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community.
