Heritage Trails

Heritage Trails County park opened in 1978 and is 234 acres of rolling Kettle Moraine Hills, prairies, and forests. The park is located in the Town of Polk just south of Highway 60 at 4668 Cty Hwy E, Slinger, WI 53086. This park contains 18 holes of disc golf and has miles of trails.
