Washington County Golf Course Named Top 50 in Nation, Top 25 in State

WEST BEND, WI – The Washington County Golf Course (WCGC) is gaining recognition as a premier public golf course from several different ratings lists.  GolfPass placed WCGC on their Top 50 Public Golf Courses in the U.S. – Golfer’s Choice 2025 list, after combing through nearly 275,000 reviews from more than 5000 courses.

GolfPass is a subscription service offering golfers access to on-demand instructional videos, waived booking fees, and discounts on golf courses. Their rankings are based on value, conditions, layout, pace of play, staff friendliness and off-course amenities.

In addition to the Top 50 national ranking, WCGC was also listed on Discover Wisconsin’s Top 25 Best Public Golf Courses 2025 list.

Previously, WCGC was named Golfweek Magazines #1 Municipal Course in Wisconsin, and Top 50 Municipal Courses in the country.
