The Washington County Facilities Management Division is part of the Public Works Department. Our team of Facilities Professionals is responsible for facility maintenance, operations, and construction at county facilities comprising approximately 1,070,000 square feet of space.

We're Moving!

The Herbert J. Tennies Government Center has relocated to 484 Rolfs Avenue, West Bend, WI 53090. All residents should enter through the Washington County Courthouse. 

Several departments have moved to the new facility including Budget, Policy, & Analytics; County Board Chairman; County Clerk; County Executive; County Treasurer; Facilities Management; Finance; Geographic Information Systems; Human Resources; Information Technology; and Register of Deeds. 

Residents traveling via Highway 33 should turn North on to Rolfs Avenue, then left on 1st Drive to visit the new location. Visiting residents should park in the “Visitor Parking Lot” and enter through the County Courthouse entrance.
