Injury Crash

On Thursday, September 28th, 2023, at 1:32PM, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a two vehicle crash located on Kettle Moraine Dr. north of County Highway H in the Town of Kewaskum. Deputies responded along with personnel from Kewaskum Fire Department, and West Bend Fire Department rescue.

The first vehicle was operated by a 62 year old male from Cambellsport. The second vehicle was operated by a 61 year old female from the Town of Kewaskum. Both of them were transported to area hospitals for their unknown injuries.

The Washington County Sheriff’s crash recon unit was called to the scene. The crash remains under investigation, although it appears the male driver had failed to negotiate a curve, and went into the oncoming lane of travel striking the female driver head on. Alcohol also appeared to be a factor in the crash.
