This guide of transportation services is designed to help residents of Ozaukee and Washington Counties locate transportation options that best suit their needs.

The information in this directory is provided as a community service and does not constitute an endorsement of any of the providers listed. The intent is to provide Washington and Ozaukee County residents with detailed information about available transportation services in the area.

Please note that the information provided in this guide is subject to change, and may not be inclusive of every option. Transportation providers are encouraged to contact the Mobility Manager of Washington County at 262-977-4441 with corrections and additions.

Specialized Transportation Services

Taxi service is available for disabled individuals who require special door-to-door assistance from the taxi operator within all of Washington County and the northern portion of Menomonee Falls.

Notice must be given when making a reservation if the passenger is in a wheelchair or requires special door-to-door assistance. A one-day advance reservation is required for specialized services. Additional time is needed to load and unload passengers in a wheelchair; please be considerate of other passengers.

Residents of a skilled nursing facility will not be transported unless they are accompanied by an attendant or a family member.

Now Connecting with Milwaukee County Transit Services (MCTS)

Washington County Shared Ride Taxi riders can now connect with MCTS in Menomonee Falls at 124th street & Bradley. Connecting services are MCTS Blue Line (to Downtown Milwaukee), Route 88 (Brown Deer Road), and Milwaukee County Transit Plus (paratransit services).
